Using calming, heated Ayurvedic herbal oils with Western and Eastern massage techniques, including Swedish massage, shiatsu and the ancient healing techniques of Thai massage, you will leave with both mind and body feeling wholly refreshed and re-energised. Any aches and pains are sure to be a distant memory thanks to the vigorous nature of this full body massage.
